6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. No SLA is provided for Free or Premium plans. We may perform maintenance at any time and will aim to notify users in advance where possible.

7. Data Sources & Accuracy

Vulnerability data is sourced from publicly available databases (NVD, CISA KEV, ENISA EUVD, GitHub Advisories, and community RSS feeds). We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the data. The Service is an aid to your security programme, not a substitute for professional judgement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nautilus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to security incidents, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, code, and branding are the property of Nautilus. The vulnerability data itself originates from public third-party sources and is not our IP. You retain ownership of any custom data you configure (watchlist keywords, webhook URLs, feed configurations).

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days as per our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.

12. Changes to Terms

We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
